Murrells Inlet:
Brooke O'Brion Hawkins age 39 of Murrells Inlet died January 27, 2009.
She is survived by: her father, John Clifton Hawkins and his wife Elizabeth Gattshall Hawkins of Pawleys Island; her mother, Suzanne Cecile Baldwin of Charleston; her brother, John Clifton Hawkins II and his wife Masumi of Brookland, N. Y.; her aunt, Anne Hawkins Taber of Charlotte, N. C.; as well as many Taber cousins.
She graduated from Oak Ridge Military Academy in Oak Ridge, N. C. with honors and attended the College of Charleston.
Her services will be held Sunday, February 1, at 3:00 PM at All Saints Church on Kings River Road in Pawleys Island. The family will receive friends at a reception to be held at the church following the services Sunday afternoon.
